To open and maintain a ph26 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph26 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different contact details — is strictly prohibited. ph26 employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, ph26 may permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph26 reserves the right to verify all provided information. Providing false information — including misrepresentation of age, identity, or location — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph26 login credentials. You agree to notify ph26 immediately via the official support channel at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ph26 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements, ph26 conducts KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the ph26 Privacy Policy.
ph26 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph26 reserves the right to amend these thresholds with reasonable notice published on the platform.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Standard processing time for GCash and Maya withdrawals is within minutes to a maximum of twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. ph26 does not guarantee identical processing times for all withdrawal methods or in all circumstances.
Player funds deposited with ph26 are held in segregated accounts separate from ph26's operational funds. This segregation protects player balances in the event of operational difficulties. Deposited funds are not interest-bearing.
ph26 is obligated under Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to report suspicious transactions and to maintain transaction records. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to review and, where required by law, reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by ph26 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, prevail over these general Terms with respect to that bonus.
Bonus funds credited to your ph26 account must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable bonus terms before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the total of the bonus amount plus the deposit amount (where applicable). Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different percentages as specified in the bonus terms.
ph26 monitors bonus usage to detect abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk outcomes to fulfil requirements without genuine gameplay intent; creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; and coordinated wagering designed to manipulate bonus outcome probabilities. ph26 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
Unclaimed bonus offers expire as stated in their specific terms. Bonus balances that remain in your account beyond the stated validity period without fulfilling wagering requirements will be removed automatically. ph26 is not obligated to provide advance notice of expiry beyond the terms stated at the time of the offer.
Each game or betting market available on ph26 is governed by specific game rules available within the game interface or betting market description. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to that game.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the conduct of a game or the calculation of a bet outcome, ph26 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) or bet(s) and refund stakes to the relevant accounts. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all ph26 games. ph26 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market on the ph26 platform. ph26 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits or account-level wagering limits at its discretion, including for risk management purposes, without prior notice.
Game results confirmed by the ph26 system are final, subject only to formal dispute resolution as described in Section 12. Where a human error by a live dealer is confirmed, ph26 may review the hand or round in question on a case-by-case basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph26's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph26 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph26 is not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or business opportunity; interruption of service due to circumstances beyond ph26's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government action, or force majeure events; or losses arising from your own breach of these Terms or from your decision to engage in gambling activities.
ph26 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph26 takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, but cannot warrant uninterrupted access.
ph26 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any ph26 account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, ph26 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Where wrongdoing is established, forfeiture of balances may apply in accordance with applicable law.
You may voluntarily close your ph26 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, you must raise the matter with ph26 support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute. ph26 will investigate and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.
Disputes not resolved through the internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its designated player complaints mechanism. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
ph26 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the ph26 platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the ph26 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ph26 and may close your account as described in Section 11.
